The board informed about current financial status. Showed accounting stats and bank accounts.

The board has implemented a sync into Hackerhula for the membership due payments. This is caused by the fact that we are starting to get control over our membership payments and accounting. We are afraid that some people think they are members, but are not. So we want to make this visible. See also Styret

Since October 25, 2025, according to Hackerhula, we have had 7 new members. Of these members, 4 have ordered a key. Also, since October 25, 7 keys have been ordered; two of the orders that were not for the new members were for older members (before October 25), and one key was ordered by someone who has not yet had a user account created in Hula.

We have also implemented a new solution for ordering keys. Previously this was done by sending a message to a person who handled keys; now it is done through Google Forms. This makes it easier for me, as the person organizing key orders to keep track. If anyone would like to set it up, it would also be cool to run an open-source forms solution on Hackeriet’s infrastructure.

In line with the new key ordering solution, I now have a better overview, and together with a list from Alexis of keys associated with Hackeriet, I will start the process of collecting keys from inactive members.

The onboarding page on the wiki has also been updated and reflects the new changes, specifically the distinction between becoming a member and applying for a key.

The key deposit has been changed from 600kr to 700kr to reflect the deposit we pay to Hausmania.

We gathered some rumours, but lacked someone to give proper info about the progress.

Nettlaug

We talked about a flooding/water leak, stilling missing sensors for water. We talked about network cables that are not working in the stairwell. We talked about how we provide network for the rest of the house as our contribution to dugnad and how we get money from Haus and Vestbredden for our service.

We talked about how a guild was thought to function in general, and how we are now using the Netlaug money as Hackeriet money in general.

The board is missing someone to take charge as THE Nettlaug.

We have plants. They require some more care than one person can do in a sitting. Can we plan for some collective action in the spring? We all agreed.

This is always an agendapoint at a hackerspace…

Some discussion points:

• Lost and found shelf (Lets get that working again, and be a bit informative when we put things there)
• No food on the small bins (We labeled that)
• Mini-gjenbruk to deliver stuff is open, very close to us.
• Label stuff that is your and that you care about. Be generous if someone mess with your stuff that is not labeled.
• Wash tables, especially when you eat there.
• Hand sanitation is recommended.

3D-Printing overnight close to highly flammable liquids seems bad. High temperatures. 3D-print enclosourse + fire retardant.

Unsure if we agreed on anything.

Resin printer undocumented. HMS issues. Need better ventilation. Some people mention they have felt light headed being in the room when printing.

The pattern is last saturday every 3 months. So next is 2025-04-25
