Opening

Push “INNGANG” on the IKEA remote to turn on the lights
- If the lights don't come on, check that the four physical light switches are switched on (up)
Push the red (open/closed) button to announce the opening of the space on web and IRC
- Leave it off if you wanna be incognito
Turn on heating as needed
Turn on the sound
- In the audio rack, make sure all devices are on
- Turn up the volume on the mixer for master and the rightmost stereo channel
Clean the 3D printer if it's got a finished print on the plate
- This allows other hackers to start a new print from home
- Leave the previous print close to the printer

Tidy up the common spaces (tables and couches)
Make sure the door to the courtyard is locked (give it a push)
Make sure all windows are closed
Turn off extra heating (like space heaters with fans)
Make sure no hacking equipment is left on (soldering irons etc.)
Turn the master volume of the sound mixer down to minimum
Check garbage bin and pant bin, replace bag if full
- On your way out, bring full bags downstairs to the big bins
- Leave bags of pant by the bins (they'll be acquired by a deserving human)
- Throw garbage bags into the “Restavfall” bins
If the red (open/closed) button is glowing: push it to announce that the space is closed
Push “OFF” on the IKEA remote to turn off the lights
Go into the hallway, and make sure the door is closed behind you
