====== Onboarding Overview ======

This process has it basis in the [[styret:arsmote:2025:referat|2025 general assembly]], signal discussions and the [[.:meetings:2025-10-25|2025-10-25 membership meeting]]. See also [[styret:onboarding|Onboarding Proposals Overview]].

There are three separate issues in onboarding.
  - Becomming a member
  - Getting physical access
  - Getting logical access

===== Becomming a member =====
This part is governed by the bylaws. Which states "Alle som støtter foreningens formål og betaler medlemskontingent kan være medlem."

===== Getting physical access =====
A member must attend at least four open days at Hackeriet before applying for access.
After that the board decides on granting access.

If the board does not have enough basis for a decision, the board contacts the other members where there is still no bases for a decision the person must attend more open days.

===== Getting logical access =====
This is done in Hula admin. TODO to make a https://hackeriet.no/onboarding for users to register their data and a https://hackeriet.no/admin/onboarding for admins to approve.

Hackeriet, someone with Hula admin, needs a members
  * Full name
  * E-mail
  * Unix username
