====== Onboarding Overview ======

This process has it basis in the [[styret:arsmote:2025:referat|2025 general assembly]], signal discussions and the [[.:meetings:2025-10-25|2025-10-25 membership meeting]]. See also [[styret:onboarding|Onboarding Proposals Overview]].

There are three separate issues in onboarding.
  - Becoming a member
  - Getting physical access
  - Getting logical access

===== Becoming a member =====
This part is governed by the bylaws. Which states "Alle som støtter foreningens formål og betaler medlemskontingent kan være medlem."

This part is mandatory for the next two steps.

===== Getting physical access =====
Before ordering your key you should have attended four or more open days at Hackeriet. You can then fill out [[https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeGk_gT4KTfUir_7mDSR3o-MXAthpgmZiKpQAIZGVh3xMaDfA/viewform?usp=dialog|this form]] to apply for a key. The board makes the decision if a key will be granted. If the board does not have enough basis for a decision, the board contacts the other members, where there is still no bases for a decision you must attend more open days.

There is a 700kr deposit for keys, deposit is paid by bank transfer to Hackeriets main account (see [[:money|Money]]).


===== Getting logical access =====
This is done in Hula admin by an admin. TODO to make a https://hackeriet.no/onboarding for users to register their data and a https://hackeriet.no/admin/onboarding for admins to approve.

Hackeriet, someone with Hula admin, needs a members
  * Full name
  * E-mail
  * Unix username
